Instructure is seeking an internal Pod Founder to lead a new AI-focused division by identifying, validating, building, and selling commercially viable products from zero-to-one.
As a Pod Founder within the Foundry division, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of a new product initiative, including customer discovery, technical specifications, and early-stage sales. This role requires a hands-on operator who can act as both builder and salesperson, reporting to the President of New Markets with full P&L accountability for the pod.
