Vanta is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the re-platforming of their data layer, migrating from a Mongo-centric architecture to a schema-aware Postgres-backed system.

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Foundations team, you will drive critical architectural changes across Vanta's data platform. You will be responsible for building high-throughput ingestion pipelines, managing terabyte-scale data streams, and ensuring that data consistency is maintained for external SOC 2 and FedRAMP audits during complex migrations.
