Dandy is hiring a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, Training to build and scale operational processes for customer onboarding and lifecycle management from a remote location in Spain.
In this role, you will partner with Training leadership to design and automate workflows, build dashboards, and provide the analytical backbone for international training operations. You will own the post-sales customer lifecycle from contract signature through graduation, ensuring cross-functional alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
