This role acts as a strategic advisor to senior Sales and Marketing leadership, focusing on organizational design, talent performance, and change management. What You’ll Bring

8+ Years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a GTM or customer-facing organization
Demonstrated experience supporting or leading organizational design and change management in knowledge-work environments
Experience working with sales compensation structures and quota-carrying populations
Proficiency in using people metrics and performance data to influence strategic business decisions
Proven track record of coaching leaders and managers on people leadership capability in high-change environments
Familiarity with modern HRIS and ATS platforms and GTM tech stacks
