Blackbird Health is seeking an independently licensed therapist in the US to provide remote intake evaluations and ongoing mental health therapy for children and adolescents.

As a remote intake and therapy provider, you will conduct evidence-based telehealth sessions for youth ages 2–26 and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create whole-child treatment plans. The role requires flexibility for afterschool, evening, and weekend sessions and involves managing clinical documentation and building long-term therapeutic relationships with patients and families.

What You’ll Bring

Independently licensed as a LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C, or PsyD/PhD in Virginia
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and adolescent patients
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
Proficiency in using Google Suite and Electronic Medical Records systems
Ability to conduct clinical assessments and deliver evidence-based psychotherapy
