Moniepoint is hiring a Head of Engineering for their Rewards platform in a fully remote, Pakistan-based role. The leader will scale the engineering team and evolve the rewards product architecture.
As the Head of Engineering for the Rewards domain, you will own the technical roadmap, architecture, and team growth from a base of nine to over 25 people. This role requires a strong focus on direct-to-consumer product experiences, experimentation, and a culture of performance and quality metrics. You will report to the Group CTO while partnering closely with Product leadership to drive engagement and retention for a massive user base.
