Modern Health is seeking a Senior Director of Information Risk & Governance to establish and run its cross-functional IT risk, data, and AI governance programs. This is a fully remote, US-based leadership role reporting to the General Counsel.
As the second-line-of-defense leader for IT risk, you will own the information-security risk register, establish the AI governance program, and manage non-technical incident responses. You will partner closely with Security Engineering and Compliance to drive data classification, data deletion programs, and support certifications like HITRUST and SOC 2.
