Supabase is hiring a Partner Operations & Systems Lead to manage the operational and technical backbone of their rapidly scaling partnership function, including internal tool development.
As a senior Partner Operations & Systems Lead, you will report to the Head of Partnerships and own the end-to-end partner tech stack, data infrastructure, and program management. You will be expected to build internal tools and automations using AI-assisted development and contribute to strategic decision-making regarding partner segmentation and tiering. This role serves as a key bridge between Partnerships, Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Finance.
