As the first Data Analytics Manager, you will manage a team of three analysts, driving excellence in technical methods, communication, and ownership. This role is deeply focused on the analytical side of the team and requires a strategic approach to prioritization and domain specialization as the company scales. You will also lead the team's efforts in evaluating and implementing new AI-driven analytical tools and warehouse-derived data strategies.
