Chainguard is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to lead their internal developer platform infrastructure and Agentic AI tooling. This is a fully remote role based in the United States.
As a Staff Software Engineer on the Developer Platform team, you will build and scale the internal engineering factory that powers Chainguard. You will oversee monorepo CI/CD systems, shared build infrastructure, and the next generation of agent-driven change workflows. The role requires partnering across the organization to standardize engineering processes, automate manual toil, and ensure operational excellence for internal teams.
