My Amazon Guy is hiring a CRO Specialist to optimize internal websites and conversion funnels. This is a fully remote role limited to candidates based in the United States.

The CRO Specialist will own the testing roadmap, from conducting comprehensive site audits and analyzing user behavior to executing A/B tests and documenting performance insights. Working closely with design and development teams, the successful candidate will use data to improve engagement across internal marketing sites and dashboards.

What You’ll Bring

At least 1 year of experience in CRO, digital experimentation, or UX analysis
Strong understanding of basic A/B testing principles and user behavior analysis
Familiarity with GA4, Hotjar, or similar analytics tools
Experience working within WordPress, ClickFunnels, or similar web platforms
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Dual monitor setup with at least 8GB of RAM
Minimum 25 MBPS internet speed
