Hightouch is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager for its Customer Success team to drive onboarding, adoption, and retention for Fortune 5000 enterprise clients.

The role acts as the primary technical bridge for enterprise customers, managing the entire lifecycle from onboarding through to long-term success. You will provide proactive technical guidance, resolve escalations, and influence product innovation by surfacing complex use cases to the engineering team. The position requires a candidate with strong SQL and technical acumen to help clients leverage data and AI effectively.
