Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for their Identity and Access team, focused on authentication protocols and infrastructure. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in the UK, Germany, Spain, Ireland, or Sweden.

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Identity squad, you will define the technical direction for authentication systems, leading large-scale initiatives for millions of users. The role involves backend development in Go, technical leadership, and architecting edge authentication redesigns in a remote-first, collaborative environment.
