Power Digital is hiring a Creative Director to lead a creative pod within their agency, focused on delivering high-quality marketing campaigns for lifestyle clients. The role is fully remote for residents of specific Latin American countries.

As a Creative Director, you will function as a player-coach who manages a team of creative professionals while also stepping in for design, copywriting, or strategy on high-priority accounts. You will be responsible for team retention, client creative delivery, and product innovation, reporting directly to the Managing Director. This role is a strategic leadership position designed to evolve into future Managing Director responsibilities.
