AlphaSense is seeking a Senior Cloud Support Engineer based in the US to diagnose complex issues across private cloud and AI-driven search infrastructure.

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will act as a senior technical point of contact for strategic clients, investigating issues within SaaS and private cloud environments. You will mentor team members and leverage AI-driven workflows to scale your impact, working closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure resolution.
