Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Backend Engineer to build AI-native observability systems for their Second Horizon initiative, open to residents of Spain, Sweden, UK, Ireland, or Germany.
As a Staff Backend Engineer, you will design the core architecture for a context-layer management system that powers AI agents and data intelligence. You will operate in a highly autonomous, remote-first environment, transitioning systems from prototyping to production-grade SaaS, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate LLM workflows into observability infrastructure.
