The Tech Lead Dados at DB will lead data squads, architect modern data solutions, and mentor engineering teams in a fully remote environment based in Brazil.
This role involves technical leadership over data squads, overseeing the full data lifecycle from ingestion to consumption using the Medallion Architecture. The lead will work closely with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business value, optimize platform costs, and contribute to pre-sales efforts. Strong focus is placed on Databricks and Azure cloud environments while ensuring governance and scalability.
