Future PLC is hiring a Staff Product Manager to lead the development of a 0→1 health and wellness marketplace from the USA. This high-ownership role involves building marketplace strategy, growth systems, and consumer experiences while working directly with the CPTO.
As a Staff Product Manager, you will hold responsibility for the entire ecosystem of a new multi-sided marketplace, including matching logic, trust and safety, and growth loops. You will operate in an early-stage environment, making strategic decisions with high autonomy alongside a senior engineering team to move from concept to execution. The role requires a strong systems-thinking approach to balance the needs of consumers, practitioners, and the business platform.
