The Wikimedia Foundation is hiring a Lead Learning Experience Designer to create innovative digital learning solutions for their global volunteer community. The role is fully remote and supports the mission of making knowledge freely available.
This position requires a strategic thinker who functions like a learning product designer to help contributors navigate the Wikimedia movement effectively. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to identify capability gaps and implement various learning interventions, ranging from self-paced courses to AI-enabled support. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy while ensuring all created experiences are culturally responsive and accessible to a diverse, global audience.
