The Head of Platform Engineering will lead dLocal's internal developer platform, SRE functions, and organization-wide AI-assisted engineering initiatives to improve velocity and reliability. This senior, fully remote leadership role is open to candidates in LATAM, Spain, Brazil, and Argentina.
As a key leader in a high-stakes payments environment, you will own the end-to-end strategy for software delivery and production safety. You will manage a platform-as-a-product approach, implementing standardized CI/CD, service templates, and progressive delivery, while ensuring that AI coding tools are governed effectively. This role offers high executive visibility and the mandate to reshape engineering practices for hundreds of developers across the organization.
