Databricks is seeking a Principal Data Scientist to serve as the chief statistical voice of the organization, translating complex data findings for the C-suite and Board. This remote-friendly US role is open to candidates outside California office hubs.
This high-leverage individual contributor position focuses on embedding a data-driven culture across Databricks and defining company-wide scientific methodologies such as experimentation frameworks. You will produce deep strategic analyses on revenue and platform health, partnering with engineering VPs and product leaders to guide critical business decisions.
