The Director of Hardware Partnerships will lead the hardware BD strategy and team, scaling ecosystem integrations from the US as a fully remote employee.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for defining the multi-year vision for Oura’s hardware partnerships and orchestrating cross-functional execution across product and engineering teams. You will own the full partnership lifecycle, from initial deal sourcing to launch and post-launch performance, while building the hardware partnerships team from the ground up.
