Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer for the Pyroscope team to develop high-scale observability databases.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end projects within the Pyroscope database team, including distributed systems design and product roadmap definition. You will collaborate across squads to integrate profiling capabilities into the Grafana stack and contribute to open-source initiatives, operating within a fully remote, EMEA-based team structure.
