Gismart is seeking a senior Product Manager for its Radiotech team to own and optimize the user journey for music mobile apps in a fully remote, worldwide environment.

As a Product Manager for the Radiotech team, you will drive the roadmap and growth strategy for music apps with millions of users. You will be responsible for end-to-end product lifecycles, including user discovery, A/B testing, and funnel optimization, while working across international cross-functional teams to improve monetization and retention metrics.

What You’ll Bring

3+ Years of Product Management experience in B2C mobile products
Hands-on experience with iOS and/or Android app development processes
Strong understanding of subscription or freemium monetization models
Proven experience improving product metrics such as conversion, retention, LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, churn, activation, or engagement
Experience working with mobile product teams: engineers, designers, QA, analytics, marketing, and product leadership
Strong analytical skills: funnel analysis, cohort analysis, retention analysis, A/B testing, and experiment interpretation
Ability to work with ambiguity and define priorities independently
English language proficiency sufficient for working with international teams
