Monzo is seeking a Director of Product Design to lead design strategy and execution across its fast-growing Payments business area. The role is open to candidates based in London or working remotely within the UK.
You will partner closely with senior leadership across Product and Engineering to define priorities, shape product roadmaps, and drive execution for one of Monzo's key business units. Additionally, you will build and nurture a high-performing design team, raising the quality bar for systems thinking and customer experience while expanding design's overall influence across the company.
