Intch is seeking its first full-time designer to join their product team and own the design process from initial concept to production. The role is fully remote with an open geography and requires an overlap with Central European Time.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to shape user experiences across the Intch professional social network. You will be responsible for end-to-end design, including onboarding, profile discovery, and interface consistency, while working within a small, autonomous team of fewer than 40 people. The ideal candidate has strong web product experience and the ability to turn complex, early-stage problems into clear, production-ready designs.
