Armada is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager for Global Payroll to own end-to-end payroll operations and build the function from the ground up for a remote-based role within the continental United States.
As the primary payroll lead, you will manage US multi-state processing and global EOR populations while designing the systems, controls, and workflows required to scale the company's payroll infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to establish the target operating model and eventually lead a team in a fast-paced environment supporting over 500 employees.
