Attio is hiring an Engineering Lead to manage a team and contribute technically to their CRM platform in a fully remote environment.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will recruit and develop a team of engineers while contributing directly to the stack using Node.js, Typescript, Go, or React. You will be responsible for technical architecture, product decisions, and maintaining a high standard of quality for the company's real-time, AI-native infrastructure.

What You’ll Bring
