Ruby Labs is looking for a CRO & Growth Manager based in Europe to optimize web funnels for their iGaming portfolio projects.

In this role, you will lead growth strategy, hypothesis creation, and the testing roadmap to improve conversion rates and lifetime value. You will work closely with UA, product, and design teams to identify user pain points and drive performance through a data-driven approach.

What You’ll Bring

4+ Years of experience with web funnel optimization in a B2C environment
3+ Years of experience in the online casino or iGaming space
Ability to define, run, and analyze A/B tests for web-based funnels
Experience leading growth initiatives with a focus on CR, LTV, and performance metrics
Proven ability to manage multiple growth initiatives and meet strict quarterly KPIs
Strong collaboration skills working with design, development, and data science teams
