Nebius is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex initiatives for their Virtual Private Cloud infrastructure, working remotely from the UK, Europe, or the Netherlands.

In this role, you will bridge technical and product objectives by coordinating engineering efforts across VPC and adjacent cloud services. What You’ll Bring

5+ Years of experience in technical program/project management or engineering management
Strong technical background in cloud networking and distributed systems
Practical knowledge of IPv4/IPv6, routing, network isolation, NAT, firewalls, and load balancing
Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and produce actionable documentation
Proven experience coordinating cross-team engineering initiatives
Ability to structure ambiguous problems, identify critical paths, and manage risks.
