GitLab is seeking a Lead SEC Analyst to oversee external financial reporting, including 10-K and 10-Q filings, in a fully remote role based in the United States.

As a Lead SEC Analyst on the Accounting team, you will drive the reporting calendar and collaborate across Legal, FP&A, and Investor Relations to ensure compliance and improve disclosure quality. You will take ownership of the SEC filing process, including XBRL review and earnings release documentation, while identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization.
