Parity is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a distributed team focused on Web3 infrastructure and the Polkadot ecosystem.

As an Engineering Manager, you will focus on people leadership, project management, and team health for a group of around 9 engineers. This is a non-coding leadership role that requires deep collaboration with technical contributors to navigate complex architectural decisions and project timelines.
