Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist to manage employment contracts and HR compliance for their Middle East operations, restricted to candidates based in Morocco.

As a Lifecycle Specialist, you will act as a custodian of employment terms and advise clients and external employees on legal compliance matters. The role involves drafting employment documentation, managing lifecycle events, and collaborating asynchronously across a global team. You will support HR operations by ensuring data integrity and contributing to continuous process improvements.

Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English at a business level
Strong background in providing comprehensive HR support regarding employment laws and regulations
Excellent influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in collaboration and project management tools such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite
Aptitude for process innovation and identification of automation opportunities
