The Senior HR Specialist will manage end-to-end employee exits and provide employee relations support for the APAC region.

This senior role focuses on handling complex offboarding processes, legal compliance, and first-level employee relations support for clients. The specialist will independently lead client consultations, negotiate difficult outcomes, and contribute to process improvements and automation within the global HR lifecycle team.
