Grafana Labs is hiring a remote Demand Generation Program Manager based in Canada to own customer lifecycle and expansion programs using AI-driven workflows.

As a Demand Generation Program Manager, you will focus on driving expansion and cross-sell demand within existing accounts, moving beyond traditional playbooks to implement agentic AI workflows. You will partner with sales leadership to translate marketing signals into actionable insights and report directly on pipeline impact.

5+ Years in demand generation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing at a B2B software company
Proven range running programs in at least two or three channels
Experience marketing to existing customers for expansion or cross-sell
Hands-on experience building automations or agentic AI workflows
Strong program management fundamentals with proven ability to ship on time
Proven ability to pull, analyze, and report on marketing data for leadership
