GitLab is seeking a Senior Director, People Business Partner based in the US to lead strategic talent initiatives and support C-level executives in a fully remote environment.

In this role, you will lead a team of global People Business Partners to drive organizational transformation and talent strategy as GitLab scales. You will be responsible for advising executive leadership on leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, and organizational health, ensuring that the company's technical organization remains high-performing and values-driven.
