GitLab is hiring a Senior Benefits Analyst to manage global benefits programs remotely from Ireland, Poland, or the United Kingdom.

The Senior Benefits Analyst will lead plan renewals, manage vendor partnerships, and ensure compliance across various employment models including PEO and EOR. This role requires deep analytical expertise to translate benefits data into actionable strategies while working in an asynchronous, all-remote environment.
