DuckDuckGo is hiring a Staff Data Scientist to drive product impact through search ranking improvements from anywhere in the world.

As a Staff Data Scientist, you will lead high-complexity projects, develop ranking strategies, and deploy ML models into production. You will work within an evidence-first, privacy-focused team that emphasizes project ownership and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires annual travel for team meetups and occasional on-camera video conferencing.
