Proxify is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to architect and scale data foundations for high-growth client products in a fully remote environment.

The role involves designing automated ELT/ETL pipelines, optimizing cloud data warehouse performance, and fostering a DataOps culture. You will work closely with data scientists and product managers to ensure data integrity and reliability, while treating data infrastructure as software.

5+ Years of experience building complex data processing applications using Python

Advanced SQL skills for complex transformations and query optimization

Deep experience with dbt for managing the T in ELT

Proven experience with Apache Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster

Hands-on experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or AWS Redshift

Strong understanding of Dimensional Modeling and Data Vault 2.0

Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD for data pipelines
