Cresta is hiring a remote US-based Embedded AI Expert to manage customer programs, configure AI rules, and provide actionable insights via their conversation intelligence platform.
The Embedded AI Expert will work directly with clients to operationalize strategies using the Opera self-service product. Key responsibilities include configuring keyword/utterance rules, monitoring conversation trends and anomalies, and mentoring customer analyst teams to ensure maximum value from Cresta's SaaS platform.
