SR MGR Manufacturing & PROCESS DVL ENGINEERING

The Senior Manager for Manufacturing and Process Development Engineering will lead global metals manufacturing technology strategies and teams remotely from the USA. The role focuses on driving productivity, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration across TE Connectivity's global manufacturing sites.

In this senior leadership role, you will act as the global process and technology expert for metals manufacturing, including machining, plating, stamping, and hermetic processes. You will be responsible for developing technology roadmaps, establishing best practices, and mentoring a global team of engineers to ensure scalable manufacturing solutions. This position requires deep technical expertise and the ability to influence cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Operations, and Supply Chain, to achieve growth and productivity targets.
