Notion is looking for a Growth Data Scientist to drive product strategy through statistical experimentation and rigorous data analysis in a remote-first setting.

In this role, you will partner with engineering, marketing, and product teams to define metrics and influence roadmap decisions. You will navigate ambiguous business challenges, build foundational datasets, and translate complex insights into product changes that drive user growth.
