GitLab is hiring a VP of Data & Insights to lead enterprise data strategy, AI-powered self-service analytics, and platform engineering for a distributed team within the US.

As the VP of Data & Insights, you will report to the CIO and transform the data organization from traditional reporting to an AI-enabled, self-service model. You will oversee data platform engineering, governance, and analytics engineering, serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership while fostering a high-performance, async-first culture.
