A Staff Software Engineer is sought to lead authentication infrastructure and redesign identity systems at Grafana Labs, available to candidates in the UK, Germany, Spain, Ireland, and Sweden.

The role involves owning the technical architecture for authentication protocols like OAuth 2.1, OIDC, and SAML within the Identity Squad. You will split your time between hands-on Go development, cross-team technical leadership, and maintaining high-reliability, low-latency services. This is a remote-first position at a company known for its open-source observability platform.
