Backend Engineer - Platform - Stacks

Grafana Labs is seeking a Backend Engineer for their AppCore Stacks team to build and operate reconciliation systems for their cloud platform. This is a fully remote role open exclusively to candidates based in the UK, Germany, Spain, Ireland, or Sweden.

As a member of the AppCore Stacks squad, you will design and maintain critical control-plane services that manage Grafana Cloud stack lifecycles. The role involves working with stateful systems, eventual consistency, and reconciliation loops to ensure reliable configuration rollouts and infrastructure scalability. The position requires proactive participation in on-call rotations and a commitment to high-ownership, independent engineering in a remote-first, collaborative environment.
