Astronomer is hiring a remote Customer Reliability Engineer specializing in infrastructure within the USA. The role focuses on managing Kubernetes and cloud environments for customers using the Astro DataOps platform.

The Customer Reliability Engineering team at Astronomer ensures the reliability and success of the managed Airflow service. You will act as an infrastructure specialist, monitoring systems, troubleshooting complex customer environments, and building automation to improve operational efficiency. This is a customer-facing role that requires active triage and participation in weekend on-call rotations.
