NICE is seeking a senior Business Consultant in the UK to drive CX/CCaaS transformations and business case realization through AI-led solutions.

This role within the Value Realisation Services organization focuses on optimizing customer business processes and maximizing the ROI of NICE solutions. The consultant will act as a lead advisor, managing strategic engagements, stakeholder relationships, and organizational change management. It is a hands-on position requiring extensive expertise in contact center technologies and change methodology.
