NICE is seeking a Lead Business Consultant to drive value realization and CX transformation strategies for clients in Canada.

The Lead Business Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor, managing complex business cases and guiding multi-product projects within the Value Realization Services organization. This hands-on role involves direct consulting delivery, leveraging AI and interaction analytics to optimize client business processes and maximize ROI.
