NICE is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer to design and deploy AI-driven customer engagement solutions for global enterprise clients, fully remote from the United Kingdom.

This role bridges the gap between software engineering, AI agent development, and customer solution architecture. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of AI agents, building integrations with enterprise systems like CRMs, and working directly with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable automated experiences.
