NICE is seeking an AI Solution Strategist to lead the development and launch of conversational AI agents within the US market. The role bridges product strategy, technical implementation, and customer success.

As an AI Solution Strategist, you will act as a strategic partner to customers, translating business requirements into high-performing AI agents. You will work alongside product and engineering teams to oversee the development lifecycle, ensure data-driven iterations, and maintain project momentum in a complex, high-visibility environment.
